What groups within the community does CCA primarily serve? 

CCA serves general members of the community in job search and/or looking for educational and literacy assistance.

What are CCA’s primary goals, both as an organization, and in terms of employment services?

As an organization, CCA works to improve the education, literacy, and employment possibilities of people in the community, as well as working on economic development. The main goal in their employment programming is to assist their clients in finding and maintaining sustainable employment.  

What have been CCA’s greatest successes, both as an organization, and in terms of employment? 

The organization cites their greatest successes as times when they were able to help people access the services they needed, including employment services that allowed people to find sustainable and meaningful employment.   

CCA’s “best kept secret” (aka what people tend not to know about the organization) 

CCA, like many other of our partner organizations, expressed that many people are unaware of the breadth of services they offer. They stress that their primary function is to support community members and that that can take many different forms.
