This workshop will provide you with the information and supports needed to create and maintain a respectful and inclusive work environment. It will cover topics of harassment, discrimination, and bullying. In addition, it examines the ways that leaders, managers, supervisors, and employees can work together to build and maintain a respectful and inclusive work environment.* Canadian Construction Association Gold Seal Accredited
Diversity, Inclusion and You
This workshop will help you navigate the complex matters around diversity and inclusion. It will focus on the continuous process of an inclusive mindset, introduce you to unconscious bias and the barriers and benefits of diversity and inclusion. With this increased knowledge and understanding, you will learn to communicate more effectively and become more inclusive in your workplace and day-to-day life.
*NEW* Inclusive Leadership
This new workshop will explore the concept of what it truly means to be inclusive. It will examine how you can lead diverse teams effectively, influence how you engage with your employees, and help you develop and apply the skills required to be an inclusive leader. You will learn more about equality and diversity, enabling you to grow your team and your organization, enhance their performance and improve personal satisfaction.
This professional development workshop is intended for leaders, managers, and supervisors – anyone responsible for leading people or has direct reports.It is recommended that you complete both the Respectful Workplace and Diversity, Inclusion and You workshops before attending the Inclusive Leadership workshop.
