Do you know a young person who wants to work in a retail setting, but unsure if it’s a good fit for them?

Neighbourhood and Choices for Youth are running a Customer Experience training program for youth ages 16-29 this May-June. If you know of any youth who are interested in taking the next step towards entering the workforce or applying for post-secondary, then this opportunity might be right for them!

This paid program will help youth build confidence when serving customers, learn how to use point of sale software, and other career skills. After successful completion of the Customer Experience program, youth will be eligible to apply for supported employment at Neighbourhood, CFY’s social enterprise thrift boutique at 38 Pearson Street.

What makes this program unique? CFY skills training programs provides wrap-around supports for participants and helps young people address barriers they may be experiencing.

Reach out directly to Chantelle McDonald to apply for the upcoming Open House information session!
