Mind the Gap Consulting™ has been hired by CEC to do a project we are calling Centring the Employment Experiences of Diverse Job Seekers.

This project is exploring what the job search experiences are of those from ethnically- and racially-diverse backgrounds – and what the relevant and related pain points are of Career Development Practitioners.
