Why we are working together
- CDPs meet monthly and are working together across a variety of professional contexts in community agencies, government and post-secondary workplaces. This team makes connections and identifies shared learning needs in line with the 4 principles of Continuous Professional Development: 1) volunteer and learner driven, 2) balances personal and professional goals, 3) blends purpose, energy and future focus, and 4)occurs with or without employer support. Learning includes operational training, informal peer to peer mentorship and formal accredited training for CDPs, managers and directors.
