We all have a unique set of strengths that we bring to our community, work and relationships. We often take these for granted and many of us may not be fully aware of them. However, when you understand your personal strengths, you have the power to harness them to reach your goals.  In this half day workshop you will learn about strengths based development and its benefits, delve into your signature themes report based on the Clifton Strengths Finder Assessment – an online tool created by Gallup that measures the presence of an individual’s top 5 talent themes, and explore practical ways to activate your strengths for professional and personal success.
  • Each participant will need to complete an online assessment prior to participating in the workshop. We will provide you with an assessment code and instructions on how to access and complete the online tool.
